Fifteen years in senior leadership and executive management roles ranging from General Director, Assistant Director (Services) and Chief Operating Officer gives me a clear vantage point from which to view your business, organisation, leadership and professional challenges.

I bring a logical, analytical, impartial and objective approach to problem solving and getting to the heart of real issues in personal and organisation life.

My theological framework exudes fairness, people and pastoral care, and community engagement. I'm passionate about people, inquisitive about culture, politics and faith, and like to explore what motivates and make people tick.
